Birken Balm, Premium Birch Recovery Cream, is designed to help relieve pain and inflammation due to overuse, injury, and or physical stress right after exercise. This formulation contains salicylic acid (aspirin) from the birch oil, so use with care. Excellent to help speed recovery and help the body communicate better with itself!

Ingredients: organic shea butter, organic coconut oil, trace elements from wild harvested Atlantic sea salt, organic arnica flowers infused in wild harvested piñon pine essential oil, and wild harvested sweet birch oil (<2%).

Guidelines: Use before, during, and/or after training and events, especially on areas prone to discomfort, tightness and/or pain, if an aspirin effect is wanted. This formulation contains salicylic acid (aspirin) from the birch oil; use with care. Use in thin layers as needed. Use in conjunction with natural body heat generated through exercise, or heat from a hot water bottle, as necessary. Do not use with an AC electric heating pad. Discontinue use if pain increases significantly. Use also in combination with Piñon Pine Special Balm for extraordinary conditions. Do not use on open wounds.
