1. Sit comfortably in a place free of distractions.

2. Place one drop of Precursor No. 1 on top of head, and optionally on the tongue.

3. Apply a few drops of Crown Jewel Star Drops on top of head.

4. Apply Intuition Star Nectar to 3rd eye, throat, and back of neck.

5. Apply Compassion Star Nectar to heart area, front and back.

6. Apply Grounding Star Nectar to perineum, knees, &/or balls of feet.

7. Place one drop of Internal Rose Star Drops on the tongue.
